Terms & conditions1) It is the sole responsibility of the client to ensure that all aspects of the approval proof document are
correct including but not limited to spelling, grammar, layout, design and stated pantone colour.
Should any client’s approved proof contain errors, the client will be liable for the payment of all
original costs related to the product and branding including corrections and the reprint. Duzi Signs
endeavours to match the colours required as closely as possible, however, in the event that a physical
sample of the actual solid coated pantone colours or thread colours is not presented as a reference,
Duzi Signs does not take responsibility should the resultant colours not be accurate. It is also
specifically noted that due to the nature of the product and the branding process involved, a final print
may have variation from the approval proof document.
2) All jobs require upfront payment. No jobs including design and layout,
ordering of materials and/or any preparations or processing will be done
unless payment is made in full.
3) No refunds if jobs have been started, whether by designing, purchasing of materials, or manufacturing
If no work has been started a 10 % handling fee of the full amount will be deducted from deposit and
additional bank charges will be deducted if paid by EFT or swipe.
4) No goods will be released until full payment has been received.
5) All Jobs have a waiting period of 3 to 7 days once payment / deposit has been made.
6) All designs are property of Duzi Signs ,unless an artwork fee is charged , Should a customer
Require their artwork for any reason a fee of R250 will be charged per design.
7) Once Artwork has been given according to what the customer has requested , only 3 changes will be
done for free , thereafter artwork fee will be charged at R350 per hour , if the customer has given a
sample to follow and is not happy once done, And decides to use another template, artwork will be
added according to R350 per hour.
8) Our Standard vehicle branding vinyls have a life span of 2 – 3 years , however we do not hold any
guarantee on vinyls. (Econo Range).
Please ask for a higher grade of vinyl if required 3 - 5 years life expectancy (premium range).
We do not hold ourselves responsible on life span on vinyls as , factors such as: polish, car wax,
chemicals, dirt, climate & weather conditions can decrease the life expectancy of signage.9) Outdoor signage has a life expectancy of 3 – 5 years (premium range).
